Architecture Review Board (ARB)
The Architecture Review Board (ARB) consists of members of the neighborhood who will review proposals from community members.The architectural review board responsibility comes from the association's bylaws. Members of the architectural committee are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the bylaws. They will review any applications for modifications, additions, or architectural changes in the community. Please fill out the ARB request form and submit it along with plans of the project to: [email protected]
Once an application has been received you will get an email confirmation of receipt within 48 hours. The ARB board will then hold a meeting to go over the proposed project and vote on the project.
